Optical Grade Zinc Selenide(ZnSe) AR Coated Windows for Ftir
Chemically vapor-deposited Zinc Selenide (CVD ZnSe) is a preferred material for optical components in high power CO2 lasers due to its low absorption at 10.6μm. Also, for its excellent optical performance, CVD ZnSe is widely used as mirror, lenses and prisms in high resolution FLIR systems.
CVD ZnSe shows theoretical transmission across 0.5~18μm waveband and has very low absorption at 10.6μm with the bulk absorption coefficient less than 5×10-4cm-1. Fine controlled grain size makes Fused Silica Optics's CVD ZnSe stable to thermal shock and hostile environment.
Blanks, windows, lenses and prisms can be made according to your specifications, with the size up to 250×200×12mm.
